This disclosure text has been prepared by YearlyFuture, acting as data controller, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. It explains how, for what purposes and on what legal grounds your personal data is processed.

1. Data Controller

The YearlyFuture platform is the data controller for the personal data processed.

YearlyFuture is operated by YearlyFuture.

2. Personal Data Processed

Identity and contact data: Name, email address and message content you share via the contact form.
Transaction and interaction data: Comments, votes and prediction evaluations.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, language and theme preference and visit statistics.

3. Processing Purposes

Providing and operating the platform
Tracking prediction accuracy and improving content quality
Responding to your questions, feedback and requests
Security, error detection and prevention of misuse

4. Legal Grounds

Data is processed under Article 5/2 of the Data Protection Law based on the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests and explicit consent.

5. Data Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties, except legally authorized public institutions, and is never sold.

6. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and legal periods; it is deleted or anonymized once the period ends.

7. Data Security

Appropriate technical and administrative measures are taken, and access is limited to authorized personnel.

8. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Data Protection Law

Learn whether your personal data is processed
Request information if it has been processed
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
Know the third parties to whom data is transferred
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
Request deletion or destruction of data
Request notification of corrections/deletions to third parties
Object to analysis solely by automated systems
Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

9. How to Apply

You may submit your requests under KVKK to us. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
